Just 4 Girls provides Free P & P or next day delivery options.

Customer Satisfaction

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee (excluding p&p) on all jewellery and accessories ordered (including Sale items), we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition, packaging and with your invoice, we refund in the method of payment used. All items must be returned at your cost and we deduct £2 to cover posting costs involved.

Note: we do not refund or exchange earrings or body jewellery for hygiene reasons, this does not affect your statutory rights. Christmas gifts ordered from November onwards can be returned up to the 14th January.

Delivery / Dispatched / Lost Parcels

When you make a purchase from J4G, You will receive an email to confirm we have your order and are processed your card details, You will also receive an email when J4G has dispatched your order, this is usually the next working day, all Deliveries will need to be signed for,
You can track your order via http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm

If an order is lost in transit we need 21 days for the Royal mail to check the tracking details to confirm this before we can replace or refund.

Card Protection

As a business we treat your Personal information and Card details in strictest confidence and protect them with stringent security procedures, that is why we us Protx for card transactions, they are one of the largest online card authorisation companies that provide secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online retailers and mail order business's across the UK. They use AVS, CV2, Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code to ensure your card details can not be used fraudulently, in addition to this we have our own checking system that includes contacting you via telephone and email, we will never ask for full details of cards or personal details and we will only contact you in relation to your current order. J4G is also a member of "shop safe" for your peace of mind. We hope you appreciate that these measures are a necessary precaution, undertaken in the interests of fraud prevention.

Contract for sale

As a business Just 4 Girls Jewellery make's every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour options. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. In most cases, the only surprises are that the crystal, diamante and particularly the Swarovski products are far more dazzling in real life than the pixels of the monitor allow us to show!

On the odd occasion an item you have ordered may not be available, at this point we will email to inform you of such and the contract will not be completed, the contract is only confirmed when you receive a dispatched email from (J4G).You will of course receive a full refund.

Sales tax

Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated on shipping destination. When applicable it is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery. VAT number 930 2117 70

Newsletter / Email

J4G uses your address as a convenient way to contact you about your order.
If you have signed up to our email newsletter, we will from time to time notify you of new products, promotions or discount codes available, but only with your permission. We will not pass your details on to any other relevant third parties without your permission.

WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.

J4G Watches is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.

For example, if a customer bought a new Watch from us we would accept their old watch and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Return postage must be paid by the customer, but we are happy to provide free recycling.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
